Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Executive to help drive the company’s growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will promote our digital solutions, identify client needs, and provide customized strategies that align with their goals. This role combines consultative sales, market research, and client relationship management to support continuous business expansion and increased revenue.

What You’ll Do

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across digital marketing, web design, SEO, and branding sectors to drive Seosomatic’s growth.

  2. Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to engage potential clients, agencies, startups, and small businesses.

  3. Build and maintain strong client relationships that lead to repeat business, referrals, and long-term partnerships.

  4. Prepare and manage proposals, quotations, and presentations in collaboration with design, development, and marketing teams to align with client goals.

  5. Lead client meetings and negotiations, ensuring projects are profitable, strategically aligned, and deliver outstanding results.

  6. Collaborate closely with internal teams to define scope, pricing, and deliverables for each project.

  7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position Seosomatic as a leader in digital growth solutions.

  8. Represent Seosomatic with professionalism and confidence in every client meeting, pitch, and networking event.

Ideal Candidate

  1. A proven track record in business development or sales within the digital marketing, web design, or creative services industry.

  2. A strong network of clients, startups, and business owners across Saudi Arabia or the GCC — and the ability to turn relationships into successful partnerships.

  3. The ability to translate marketing and technical concepts into clear, compelling, and results-driven commercial proposals.

  4. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with executive-level clients — in both Arabic and English.

  5. A solid understanding of digital project lifecycles, from discovery and strategy to design, development, and delivery.

  6. A high sense of ownership, accountability, and consistency — you take initiative and follow through on every opportunity.

  7. Strong knowledge of regional market trends, digital transformation opportunities, and online consumer behavior.

  8. A talent for brand storytelling — presenting ideas and campaigns that inspire confidence, creativity, and results.

  9. Experience thriving in fast-paced, growth-driven environments, where adaptability and excellence are key.
