Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to help us identify and qualify potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other online tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in finding verified leads, maintaining organized data sheets, and supporting our sales and marketing teams with accurate prospect information.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research and identify potential leads using Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, and other relevant databases.
  2. Build targeted lists based on industry, location, job title, and company size.
  3. Collect, clean, and organize lead data in Google Sheets or CRM.
  4. Find and verify professional email addresses and contact information.
  5. Send or prepare LinkedIn connection requests and messages as per the defined sequence.
  6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support outreach and campaign activities.
  7. Track daily/weekly progress and provide regular reports.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in B2B lead generation or data research.
  2. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io (or similar tools).
  3. Understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Google Sheets).
  4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  5. Ability to meet deadlines and handle large data volumes efficiently.
  6. Good written and verbal English communication skills.
